Consultation and contract Fee:

If you are in need of a design consultation please call for an appointment.  There is a $125 fee for this visit. This consultation fee includes meeting at the project site and reviewing your concerns and considerations. During our initial meeting, I will take notes, photographs and dimensions which will allow me to develop some ideas to be presented at a future appointment.  At that appointment I will present samples and ideas for the interior design/space planning project. The $125 fee will be deducted from the contract amount, should you hire me as your designer. The ideas and samples will be yours to keep.

If a contract is signed, I will be involved throughout the project to insure that our ideas are executed as we had intended. I will be available to make the purchases, meet with contractors and deal with the random surprises that inevitably crop up.  I will follow the project thru to completion and your satisfaction.

Staging and general consultations:

$50 per hour
